I can do many things.

I just bought a new Imac. What does this mean? This means I have the technical capabilities now to do whatever my little imagination leads me to do. So, we will see what this entails. For now, I just have to get started on the hours of media management I have ahead of me. Over two years of videos and photographs that have been hiding in external harddrives for far too long. It's going to take a while, but expect to see a few hidden gems pop up on here every now and then.

As for things are going in L.A. I guess I'll give ya'll an update. I have lived in Silverlake for over three months now.  It seem like just yesterday that I moved in. I have come to learn many things over this past year. Many things about myself, my faith, and my identity. One thing I have learned is how quickly time flies. Before you know it, another year has gone by. This last year went by like a blur. More like a lightning bolt. Quick, bright, and loud. I have been everywhere, done many things. I have wasted time, and wasted breath doing meaningless things. However, it is never too late for a course correction. Life is short and precious. We are created in the image of God and saved by his grace. Why then do we care more about the weather next week than worrying about how our friends and family are going to be spending eternity. Don't get me wrong. I'm not a solem individual. I'm quite cheerful and jolly. I'd like to say its the joy of the Lord shining through me. But Sometimes its merely the joy of myself getting caught up in the world. But sometimes I sit back and wonder how we can all go on with life knowing that everything we do in this world for monetary gain is all for waste in the eyes of the Lord. This life is short. This life is merely the quick glimpse before we go on to spend eternity. Whether that eternity is in hell or heaven, that's our choice.

I have had the wonderful blessing of attending a solid church down here. It's called Reality LA and it truly aids in giving me strength down here. I have come to love Los Angeles, don't tell my folks. I love the industry, I love the people, and I even love the weather. However, all those pleasures are in vain if we lose sight of what is truly important, and that is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I pray that you will never forget this. I pray that you will always remember why it is that we are here on this world.

I hear it's snowing back at home. I return home in less than a week. I'm going to need a new coat.
